No internet connectivity

Since installation we are battling to get connectivity Logging query through available platform is a waste of time Eg emails not responded to Wattsap platform dysfunctional Telephone system:frustrating You can hold up to 30 minutes still without success Walking in:you wait up to an hour before you can be attended I walked in and after waiting for an hour I got temporary help Very excited that my problem was solved little did I know is just for some hours alone I submitted my query again by Wattsap and by email no success I’m just frustrated I am considering to terminate my agreement with them because I am not receiving a service which I am basically paying for
