No internet connect & poor customer service support

Have been trying for two days with no success to their customer service ,being put on hold for more than 30 min, etc. I have managed to get hold of an agent after and hour being on hold i logged a complain of no internet service connection on my router.. Was told the technician would call me. Till far that has not happened. Am supposed to be working remotely at home but that is shortlived..Am still sitting her with no internet unable to work. Am so dissapointed in their service.
