NO INTERNET AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

My internet has been down since the 17th May 2022 and i have made countless calls to Supersonic technical support with absolutely no help instead they keep making me repeat the same process that a previous agent made me do which does not resolve the issue, they have told me that the MTN towers are down in my area which is not true as my neighbours use MTN and have no issues, i would not recommend anyone to use their services as customer care and technical support proficiency is non existent as i still have no INTERNET!!!!!
