No internet after 6pm at night EVERY DAY SINCE JULY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible these days. Without fail for at least 3 weeks now, every night after 1800pm we cant stream, cant play live PlayStation games. I cant work as the internet just goes down. I phone every second night just to be told to PRESS THE RESET button. I cant even understand how the RESET button still works as its all we do ALL day EVERYDAY....Seriously Whats happening.
