NO INTERNET!

Hi Its been 3days now in which i do not have internet, I need my account to be reactivated please. I did put a cancellation in which i then decided not to cancel. But i think that was brain freeze and went over their heads and what happen.... they cancelled. Now im sitting with no internet and im working from home. Nobody has gotten back to me in 3days now. Please can someone just reactivate my account... if that is too much to do then i need my vt numver or B number to provide the next isp with. Please assist please
