No interest in resolving problems.

I logged a ticker mid last week and haven't heard anything from Supersonic. The problem hasn't been resolved and even after requesting feedback on WhatsApp and on email I'm still ignored. I called the call centre again this morning and the same information provided last week on a call and on WhatsApp is requested this morning. Are you interested is assisting me or do I need to cancel?
