No installation and no one that can help you

Stay away if you can. Requested a relocation installation way in advance because Supersonic has a 7 to 14 working day turn around time for fiber installation. To date they still haven't done the new installation. I have made numerous phone calls to their customer service line, been engaging on the whatsapp line. Tried to engage on Social media - every time I get the same response - someone will contact me - and they never do. Rather try a different ISP. Supersonic will only disappoint and frustrate you.
