No Help or assistance after numerous phone calls
Ive requested assistance numerous times from Supersonic regarding an upgrade from 4g to 5g package.. The consultants simply dont know how to assist. They keep telling me they will call me back? Who does one speak to as the consultants cant even assist you correctly?/ If I dont get an answer within 3 days I will Cancel my subscription and never refer any1 to Supersonic.. EVER.. PERIOD Im eagerly awaiting a call back
