NO HELP NO SERVICE NOTHING

i would like to get hold of anyone that will help me with the uselessness of your so called help, good service last week Friday i gotten my WIFI router well since then nothing works its Wednesday now where you keep telling me they will sort it out then you tell me the tickets are logged, i was told 5g would work in my area but its not i was told to let the system figure it self out it did not i was told someone would come back to me they did not i even don't have the router that is shown on my profile i have some cheap one I ASKED TO CANCEL MY LTE MONDAY AND PAY ME MY MONEY BACK ASAP SEEING that nothing is working , YOU JUST DONT CARE WATS GOING ON SO NOW WAT NOW ,THERES ALOT MORE
