No help

I've had connectivity issues for months now,when you phone their service centre they only check to see if your account is up to date. You're then put through to tehnicians who never answer the call. When you log a complaint on the whatsapp number,they don't help either. Thet just throw a few menu's at you and then they disappear without helping whatsoever. I am so gatvol of this
