No feedback, No service - Disgusting!!!

Absolutely disgusting service... DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

In October (beginning of the month) I paid my Supersonic account via their website and then my card was debited two days later. I canceled my service in September, but due to the two months notice clause, the contract ended end October hence why I paid. I have been struggling ever since to get my refund for the second payment. Their call centre is absolutely useless where they don't even answer their calls or when you do call, they cannot give you a straight answer because you have to log a ticket, and their Whatsapp channel is forever under maintenance. Take note, I have logged approximately 10 tickets already that goes unanswered.

On top of all this, the service is already canceled effectively end October...

Absolutely disgraceful! They are effectively *****ing from me now!
