No delivery on promises to resolve a query
We have been trying to fix a non-working landline for at least three weeks now, and the service received so far is absolutely shocking. We have been promised multiple times that someone will contact or visit us, but not a single commitment have been honored. We tried to contact the call center multiple times, and we received no joy. We have been a client for at least 7 years, and the service of Supersonic have reached record lows.

03 Sept 2021, 08:08The technician managed to fix the landlines - thank you for that, but now our wifi is not working as it seems it was reset, and the password doesn't work anymore. Can the technician please urgently call us to fix this?
