No delivery of Router and simcard but you must Pay in advanced

Not happy at all. Placed my order on 2 August 2021, paid for it online?? You cant place the order without paying R999 with your credit card paying one month in advanced? But nevermind, i was expecting service within 3-5 days delivered as advertised? We are now going for the second week, no router? No delivery? I have made SEVERAL calls, no answer still your website states "Activation in progress " still not at courriers? If i dont have my router delivered to my work adress as requested over 50 times by the end of this week, ill be cancelling this order and will want a refund of R999 as paid on 02/08/2021 with my credit card on your website. As mentioned above, you state you deliver in 3 to 5 working days, i placed my order LAST MONDAY ITS NOW 7 WORKING DAYS.
