NO DAMN SERVICE

If I could give these people a zero, I would do that. The most useless customer service I've ever come across. It's been 2 weeks since I received my router and SIM, and no one can help with my problem. I have phoned every single day only to be told the person who is handling your ticket will call you later/tomorrow, but no phone call has been received. WTAF!!!!!!!!! I work from home, and my husband cancelled my other service because it was up to maggots, and now only to go with people who are actually worse than they are and can't sort a problem out. What do I have to do to get someone to fix my Fu&8#*g router problem so I can have a constant connection??????????? Wake up, people, this is not how you give service to paying customers. First, you take the money upfront very quickly, and debit orders go through very quickly, but NO SERVICE AT ALL.
