NO customer service whatsoever

Please can someone from accounts phone me??? Im not speaking to BOTS anymore. I have tried phoning numerous times and nobody answers. Every month my account shows that I'm in arrears, yet I pay every month on time in fact early. I have emailed proof of payment and followed up numerous time and nobody every gets back to me. I've had it with Supersonic's lack of customer service. What a pathetic company.
