No Customer service
I need someone from supersonic to contact me please. If you are trying to get your fibre up and running their service is terrible They have a whatsapp line under construction and when you phone the alternative number no one answers. You hold for hours. Emails they just send an automated response. How are you supposed to resolve a query

14 Nov 2024, 09:23I finally got hold of Supersonic today but I did have to hold on for almost 20 Minutes. However the lady that helped me was a superstar. My query is now resolved but as I told this lady supersonic has to do something about their customer service because it is extremely difficult to contact them.
