No customer service at all!!!!
No customer service at all!!!! I changed my banking details twice on a call with a "superstar" and this month again tried to debit my OLD account.Best of all they are trying to debit met for last month as well when I have paid and sent my pop through!!!! I absolutely hate Supersonic at this stage and would not recommend to anyone!!!!

Does anyone at Supersonic know what they are doing??? The "excellent customer service continues as I have been holding on now for more than 12 minutes for a "Superstar" to answer a call! @#$#@@@#$
