No customer service at all

In November 2020 I did an application for fiber through supersonic on the 14th of December I had a router delivered to date after phone call after phone call it is now almost a month later and I still do not have installation nobody gets back to apparently the person dealing with my account is on leave I have to call everyday and still cannot get an answer as to what is going on. I am told on a daily basis when I call that someone will call me back with feedback since the 14th of December I have not received any response no phone calls nothing. This is ridiculous
