No customer service and money hungry.......

This is my second review in a month about Supersonics incompetence and pathetic customer service I've joined supersonic in September 2022 and all i had was issues and bad customer service issues from constant network drops, line speed issues and empty promises from call centre techies and even senior techies its been a month already where I've logged tickets after tickets about my issues the techies don't do enough troubleshooting and then eventually ran away and neglected my tickets because they don't know what to do anymore and don't know what to tell me anymore after I've mailed a hundred times for feedback as well my 2nd payment went of my bank account this morning my money is very welcome but no customer service people stay away from this ISP take my word they are just interested in your money please.
