No customer service

I received an invoice to pay my 2nd month but on the invoice there is no indication of what reference number to use, so I tried everything possible but it was incorrect. Tried whatsapp (line down for maintenance), tried calling (no one answers the call) it is extremely frustrating to when you need help, they're no where to be found
