No customer focus strategy... worst service ever..

This is my 4th review and no solution to date, Supersonic please come get your equipment as your technical support department cannot resolve my issue for 2 months and your accounts department cannot even call me back to finalize cancelation.. your so called management team is non existent as they do not even call back customers. What a waste of my time and money exploring this so called airfibre nonsense.. I do not want anything that is connected to Supersonic...
