No customer care at all

If you want to mess up your day, try resolving an issue @supersonic. They just don't give a damn, they are not bothered at all by unhappy customers. I took a contract with them in 2019 and after 4 months or so I started having problems, I could not access the internet, they send several technicians to check and resolved the issue of which they could not but continue to demand that I pay them. After so many frustrations and paying two providers for internet I asked to cancel the contract and this was June/July 2020, we are in August 2021 my account is still not cancelled and no one is willing to help and cancel and release the line for the person who stays at that place now. You ask for a manager you will never get one and they'll keep telling you they escalating while they doing nothing
