No customer care

The customer service is up to ****. I tried to report slow speeds and connections dropping via the WhatsApp line but only get the automated response and no technician. I phoned the technicians and the lady arrogantly tells me that i have to sent them screenshots op my speed TO THE WHATSAPP LINE that no one is manning. Is there a possibility to communicate with someone else? Feels like I am going in circles.

This is utter BS!
