No contact, not answering phones, frustrating waiting for new line

I hate doing this as I haven't had challenges with Supersonic the last few years. Last time I moved, it went smoothly without any issues.

This time around is a total different story. Firstly I can't get hold of ANYONE. No one answers their phones, the WhatsApp is under constructions, no one responds to my emails.

I've placed in order for a new contract because apparently I can't just move the previous contract to my new address (I did that in 2022 without any issues). I received the initial email two weeks ago giving me the order number. I received the new router a few days later. Bit other than that, nothing.

I have no idea if the Vumatel Fibre line is available yet. I don't know if Vumatel has been informed, or when the Supersonic line will be available.

If they will just answer their phones. I have phoned multiple times over the past few days and every time I'm holding for between 10 and 15 minutes. Don't tell me you are that busy that no line becomes available.

Can someone please contact me so that I know what is going on?

Since the 21st of October up to today, I have tried phoning Supersonic 28 times. In total, I hold in the hope I can speak to someone for 4 hours and 15 seconds. Not once in this time, have I managed to get through to them.

I have wrote emails, I get responses, but not yet have I managed to speak to a HUMAN.

I need help setting up my router, but no-one answers in order for me to get help and assistance. I was always a happy Supersonic customer. When it came to the point I had to choose who I will use, there were no doubt in my mind to use Supersonic again.

NEVER AGAIN. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER. IF SOMEONE WITH A HUMAN VOICE CAN PLEASE CALL ME TO HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is today the 22nd of November. My internet is still not sorted out. I still haven't managed to get through to Supersonic once. Their phone just ring and rings.

I will never ever refer anyone to Supersonic again.
