No connection
I took out a R399 unlimited wifi with supersonic, the router and the sim was delivered yesterday, however when I try to insert the sim in the router the sim is not connecting. I tried calling the supersonic customer care and no one answers the phone, there's an option for a call back and no one calls back. There's also a wahtsapp service which is not working how I regret taking out this deal. What a horrible service to a new customer.

01 Jun 2023, 18:56I spoke to one of the consultants ealier and she assured me the Sim is active and my next payment is in July, now when I get home I still do not have service. I tried calling the customer service again no answer, I tried using the whatsapp service still no luck. Cancel this and refund my account because it looks like I'm not gonna have a good business relationship with the service provider.
