No Communication | Poor Customer Care

My connectivity was always performing well for many years until a few weeks ago where I started getting tortoise download and upload speeds. I wrongly assumed it was a temporary network problem.

I just recently realised that my speed was throttled to a maximum of 5Mbps or less without any communication or whatsoever. I don't mind them doing it but they should have at least informed me so that I can go to another ISP.

Fortunately these month to month contracts come in handy in such situations. I'm going to switch to another ISP.
