No communication

I have been trying to upgrade my package since January with no success. We have been a supersonic customer for many years now. Emails are not answered, whatsup messages are not answered, calls are not answered. What are we suppose to do to upgrade if none of your communication channels work. Not even the client portal allows for an upgrade request.
