There is no technical support, changes to billing and debt orders without approval from clients, WhatsApp is not working, Call centres are not answering, accounts are suspended while accounts are in credit, and the website does not allow for uploading POP. It is just another South African poorly run company, all talk and not support and NO CLIENT service
