No assistance regarding account
Quick to sign you up. But uphill battle to get a detailed statement from start date. Tickets are not attended to. Emails remains unanswered. Requesting contact from a manager but even that falls on deaf ears. No proper contact numbers to speak to an actual person. Going via WhatsApp is ten times worse!!
