No Assistance

I asked Supersonic to change my banking details in Jan 2024, they deleted my banking details and stopped there, didnt realize this until Jan 2025 when I looked over my debit orders and saw I havent been paying for fibre for a year now.

I am having to contact them to sort this out as there is now a large sum I need to pay, have tried calling Sales, Technical and Accounts, if you wait long enough the call takes you to rate their service. Have tried emailing various addresses, cant reach anyone. Dont know what to do now. Canceling and I suppose I have to wait for them to wake up to the fact that I owe them money.
