No assistance
I called the call center to cancel my service from the 31/032022 and was advised to send an email to ***. I sent my email twice and it comes back as undeliverable. The whatsapp service is does not work either. The website as well does not all me to cancel. Ease cancel my service as at 31/03/2022 as I have paid for March already.
