No assistance

I have been trying for days to get my fibre service number or the fibre line number. The WhatsApp chat is USELESS!!! and the call center options doesn't work. I was told to contact Vumatel (as Supersonic doesn't know what I am talking about it seems), which I tried but they don't have a number to phone. And to top it off, Vumatel states I must contact the ISP (which is Supersonic) Up and down, with still no answer. They have the worst customer service. I am cancelling my Supersonic contract as this is not my first issue I have with them!
