Nightmare Experience: Ten Days Without Internet, Zero Resolution

Absolutely atrocious service from this internet service provider. After 10 days of reporting an issue, I’m still left without internet access. The ‘call me’ function on their website might as well be non-existent, serving only as decoration. Despite multiple attempts at communication, including two phone calls and seven days of conversations with various agents on WhatsApp, my issue remains unresolved. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly unacceptable. Avoid this provider at all costs.
