New nominee for WORST ISP!

After almost more than a year after closing my account and logging a formal complaint with the ISPA, Supersonic is up to their usual shenanigans ... AGAIN!

This company seems to have employed personnel that are incapable of handling basic math/logic tasks!

Not only did I pay everything I had to pay, but AFTER payment was confirmed and my router was sent back, I was even issued a credit note! TWICE! Because they also messed that up! Not by giving me the same amount twice, but rather by first not giving me enough and then correcting it by issuing another credit note.

Now the struggle continues as this company grapples with the basic concepts of maths and logic. I cannot emphasise enough use absolutely useless they are! I was under the impression that the ONLY ISP this bad was Telkom, but is seems we have a runner up.

Do yourself a favour. Once you close your account with them, block all communication from them. Or even better, never even consider using their services!!!!
