NEVER USE SUPERSONIC

Supersonic has the worst technical support. I work from home and been disconnected from the internet for over 4 days. We have called and escalated the matter and no one seems to assist. We have asked on numerous occasions for a technician and all they say is that they are sorry. This has been the worst service from an internet service provider. Utterly frustrating and unacceptable for them to still be operating. Worst is that they are the only ones apparently in our network, with Vumatel.
