NEVER US SUPERSONIC FOR INTERNET
After a month of back and forth, Supersonic has still not refunded my money after i had told them over the phone that payment arrangements must be made to deduct the amount after their account department messed up!!! They then debited my account of R2499 for a router which was collected by Ram couriers after i told them it was collected. This company does not give a **** about another human being and they never respond back to you or resolve issues.
PLEASE DONT EVER USE SUPERSONIC OR SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT!!! THEY ARE *****S AND WILL GET THEIR DAY!!!
