NEVER RECOMMEND SUPERSONIC THE WORST

Vumatel installation had taken place over two weeks ago and I still have no internet connection. I keep calling Vumatel and get told I need to contact Supersonic who keeps giving me the run around and different stories from each and every single agent I speak to. I have been told twice that my issue has been escalated yet nothing. I am very disappointed in Supersonic as I have already paid for internet and I am sitting for over two weeks without internet. I am working from home and using my cellphone as a hotspot. Supersonic does not care about the livelihoods of their customers as soon as they get their money they go awol. I have been requesting what feels like a million times for them to send a technician out to fix my internet problem but the only response I get is a dropped call or put on hold until eventually leads to another dropped call. Absolutely pathetic. Ref ISP-249918 NOT RESOLVED
