Never ever ever use this company!!

I just can’t deal with this terrible company anymore!! After a year of canceling my contract with them, one day they just deduct R2500 from my account with no explanation. After trying a whole day to get someone on the phone, they explained to me that I never sent back the router (which stood nowhere in my contract). So I sent back the router and they say it will take 30 days to get my money back. After 32 days, still no refund. I phone them again. Oh, no one logged the fact that I sent back the router, now it’s going to take another 21 days just to log the ticket!!! Honestly feeling so hopeless and wish no one ever signs up with this useless excuse of a company.
