Never change to Supersonic!!!!

Extremely fristrated, should have NEVER changed to Supersonic from Vox!!!! Whilst I have been in Namibia for 2 weeks, only back 2,5 days, my data is finished, which is more than double the data I had with Vox which lasted me at least 3 weeks!! Then I phoned to top up, which I have always done at Vox. NO, can’t assist over the phone, I must top up on my laptop on their portal!!!! Then, top up does not go on your bill, NO must pay immediately via mastercard or eft. Then cherry on top!!!!! Takes almost 40 mins for router to work again!!! Whilst when top up with Vox over the phone and it being put on your account, router was wotking even before the call was finished! Pathetic service provider, do NOT change to them!!!!!!!
