Network problems

So im without internet for like 6 days now,been calling and im told a tower in my location is down. They have been telling me the issue has been escalated to technical what what,until this day i still get speeds like 23kbps, it takes 3 minutes to send a single message on whatsapp...i called today was told the same story tue lady said she will move me to another tower,after doing that the network only can do 100kbps, mind you im laying 1k per month,and the service im getting is terrible. If they cant fix the towers please can i get assistance will cancelin my subscription coz yhoooo....this isnt the only problem im facing,back then ehen the network was fine, there is a time where the network becomes unuseable the the time is from 19:00 to 22:50pm... This has become a nightmare,but ill give you 5 stars because i still habe confidence you can fix this
