Network Complaint
I am currently paying for 100/100Mbps and only receiving less than 18Mbps. I have complained about this to Supersonic many times. They keep escalating to Vumatel and all Vumatel does is speed testing which I can do myself... Supersonic service is abolutely terrible with no sence of urgently. Even whatsapp options is a terrible experience for navigation. This is a total ******* and unenthical business conduct from Supersonic!!!! Ref no: ISP-***
