Nepic Migration

Must be the worst service I've received. Payment has gone off my account yet my service is still not working. It's now close to a week that my business has been without internet. I've logged the issue through their whatsapp line, spoken to an call center agent, yet nothing has been done. It's always someone will get hold of you. If this is the way you treat a new customer, I can only imagine how bad it gets from here.
