Need My Refund R399

Hi their agent sign me up and i made a payment on R399.00 later when call in last week Monday came to my attention that the place am at does not have coverage and their sales person by the name of Mohammed said that there is coverage as he was checking then when called on Monday to find out that they received my payment for installation spoke with Sanele who advised that there is no coverage at my place and they will refund me the R399 said that he send request for the refund .Called their office and send text on their once up get ignored till today haven't received my refund. please call me on ***
