Need help

I've been having a problem with supersonic for months. I use my own personal money to call thay call centre on numerous occasions. I one's got through and spoke to a white guy. We had a problem with the network so I asked him to call me on the other number and I gave him and said he'll call me back after the call I made. I'm still waiting for the call even today for that guy. On the 13 of June I mailed Michelle from supersonic informing her about the problem I have with product thay sold to me. Michelle her self hasn't got back to me and find out what's the matter. This has been happening for months on end. I don't think supersonic has a office coz you would call the call centre and won't get any help but at the same time they look for clients but can't take care off them. People have been complaining about supersonic and I thought it was just only tham. If any one from top management wants to see my mails directed to her I will sure hand them over. I told her I'm going to lay a complain about the company on hello Peter and on the other social networks. If she cared about her job! She could have tried to see what was my problem she doesn't care about us as clients.
