Need confirmation letter from supersonic

I have send in total now 3 emails since the 13 of Augusst 2022 where I have requisted a confirmation letter from their cancelation department that my last payments and deduction will be on 27 September 2022 and that my service to be suspended on the 30 September 2022. I phoned their cancelation department last week and requist as stated above but up to now I haven't receive that confirmation email letter from Panasonic.
