My experience with Supersonic was horrific,extremely frustrating and soul destroying to say the least

My experience with Supersonic was horrific,extremely frustrating and soul destroying to say the least.After many emails sent requesting assistance and tickets issued and then after no follow up several calls later my biggest regret was loosing my temper and allowing the very unhelpful,unfriendly staff to upset me.Its almost as if they try to irritate and upset one.I am not a Technical person and so could not understand what it was they were asking me to do and requested Technical support as a matter of urgency.The response was if you are happy to pay a call out fee they may be able to assist.A Supervisor agreed to quote me and then advised me a quote had been emailed🤷♀️no email and no internet so no quote.She then told me to go onto whats app and request a quote.I am still battling but have given up.NO SERVICE,AGGRESSIVE DISINTERRESTED STAFF AND CERTAINLY A COMPANY I COULD NEVER RECOMMEND.
