My air fibre was recently installed , it only worked for 2 days have been off since 9th January

My air fibre was recently installed , it only worked for 2 days have been off since 9th January. I reported last week Friday nothing has been done I’m still off to date. Further more my account was debited on the 15th whereas my debit order date is 22nd
