Supersonic has done it again. After waiting on a call for 30 min to speak to a consultant i was then transferred where i waited again. After getting answered, i explained to the lady at billing that i topped up my account twice today but hours later my account is still not active. This is really frustrating. Already supersonic owes me 1 month of subscription, secondly i topped up with R300 and I am still not active. ***

28 Aug 2021, 14:40***. I got a hold of your call center and they told me it will be sorted within 15-20 min its still not sorted. You guys are really killing me here. Even after so much effort and money in trying to contact you im still without my internet. I have a meeting that I need to attend and it is now really inconveniencing me
