Much happier with Supersonic now

I just received great service form Supersonic. ON starting up with them in September, I reviewed them badly, but they managed after many days to get me connected. But then I still had problem with router dropping the connection every so often. Phoned again two days ago. got through immediately. Great guy on the line, organized me a technician, by the name of Clayton, who arrived early this morning and replaced the router. Friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. So I'm happy with Supersonic and will remain with them.
