Mtn supersonic support is junk

I canceled my normal mtn month to month router and went for their supersonic Fibre... It's a bunch of ****. They're not responding on WhatsApp and calls as I'm writing at mtn in tygervalley and have been on a call for over 10min without anybody picking up my calls.

My max speed is 4mbps download whereby it's supposed to be 50mbps.

I wish that I had came here to check the reviews before signing up.
